There are numerous beaches in Kusadasi, all with one thing in common crystal clear waters and picture perfect weather. Water sports such as the banana boat, jet ski, pedalos, and para sailing are available on some of the busier beaches and sunbeds & umbrellas can be rented for a small fee. Rocky, sandy or pebble beaches, secluded by nature or bustling with activities, restaurants and cafes, there is something to suit everyone’s taste! 4* hotel 'Omer Holdiay Resort' opposite the villa gives our guests an 'all-in full day access' for 25€ only: hot buffet, soft drinks & local alcools, snacks, private beach with sun loungers, water sports, swimming pool with slides and paddling pool, tennis, billiards, traditional Turkish cafe, playground, animation,... You can also just eat at their restaurant with panoramic sea view over Samos Island, 14€ for an evening menu drinks incl., 7€ for a large and varied breakfast buffet.

Bike rental 300m

A little bit of sightseeing all together by bike? Why not rent a bike and enjoy the promenade on the beach, the amazing views on the hills, the sun, feel the wind in your hair or just have a wonderful moment all together? At only 300m you can rent a bike (all kinds) for only 8€! Adult, child, or baby on a child seat at the back of your bike? Everything is possible! In that price the biking helmet, a bike lock and the map & route support are included!

Every Tuesday & Friday you can visit a local market 'bazaar'. There you will meet the local population who are selling regional products, such as olives, olive oil, butter & cheese, plenty of vegetables, delicious & juicy fruit, ... It's worth to visit, close to the villa, so fresh and so cheap. To make it our guests comfortable, we have a trolley at the villa to carry your groceries with ease!

Kusadasi Centre 5min

The local bus stops down the site and brings you every 5-10min. to the centre where you have a lot: shopping paradise, restaurants, bars, disco's, playgrounds, a promenade, marina, cruise liners, visit by horse & carriage, hot corn, ice-cream: certainly try the Turkish ice-cream 'Maras', the sellers always give a show, don't forget your camera!

A brand new marina built in spring 2013, with top market brands and endless restaurants where you can have a evening out with delicious Turkish cuisine or international food: more than a metre long pizza at Konyali, opposite to the marina is a must try!

The boat stops 4 or 5 times at the most beautiful bays to take a dive or swim a while! The boats have a daily departure... If you order a boat trip with a tour operator, they are even picking you up at the villa! In the information brochure at the villa, you will find flyers with info and their tel. numbers to order your tour. They do speak English!

The Turkish Night, held in the beautiful old Kervansaray every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, is a night out you won’t forget. With traditional Turkish music, folk dancing and belly dancing it makes for a great evening of traditional Turkish entertainment. Beers and wine are included in the ticket price and you can watch the show whilst dining from a delicious buffet.

Greek islands 'Samos'

Visit the Greek islands of Samos. The ferry has daily departures from Kusadasi Centre (sailing time 90min.) You can buy day tickets but you can also combine you tickets with a night on the island! At your arrival, you have the possibility to rent a car to discover the whole island! The island is known for their delicious world famous white Samos whine from Samos muscat grapes...

Animal Park at 10min

'Degirmen Park' only 10min away by dolmus or bike. You can rent bicycles at 300m from the villa. Degirmen has an animal park, playground, pond with rowing boats and an Indiana Jones bridge, museum, traditional restaurant, snack, parking.

Scuba Diving

Discover the underwater world of Kusadasi on a scuba diving adventure. There are three main locations for diving in Kusadasi bay – the shore dive, Barabaros Reef and Adabanko Reef. There are many Diving centers in Kusadasi, the most popular being Aqua Venture, where various scuba diving programmes and certificates are available. Uncertified divers will always be with a qualified and experienced diver so if it’s something you’ve always wanted to do, now’s your chance.

Seapark makes a great day out for all the family. Start off in the Aquarium room with the big ship wreck and glass windows that allow you to discover the underwater worlds of dolphins, sharks and the tropical reef. There’s a Dolphin pool, Shark Tank, Tropical Reef, Stingray Pool and a man made beach. It’s very nicely laid out with gardens and a lazy river where you can relax.

National Park 30min

known in Turkish as the Millipark. Whether you like hiking in the mountain trails or lying on a beach relaxing, the national park is a little piece of paradise. It’s a great place to snorkel or enjoy a picnic on one of the four main beaches.

A dip in Zeus Cave

Hidden away by trees and flowers before the entrance to the National Park you’ll find the secret and mystical Cave of Zeus. It’s often one of the last stops on a jeep safari as the sparkling clear and deep mineral water inside the cave makes it a perfect place to swim. It’s very very cold during the summer and is a real welcome relief from the searing heat.
