Dear guests, the bookings for 2016 started!
We are renting our house only for longer stays of min. 2-3 months, but also for a season or a year.

* Prices for 1 - 4 persons. For 5 persons, extra of 5€/person with a maximum of 6 persons.
- ALL the house linen and accessories are INCLUDED: bed sheets, bath towels, kitchen linen, hair dryer in each
of the 3 bathrooms, beach towels, parasols, baby bed + mosquito net, commode, highchair, pushchair!
- Compulsory end cleaning = 60€ (this includes the cleaning of the villa and all the house linen).
- Fix monthly fee = 35€ ( own water usage, gas, guardian 24/7, parking in front of the house, lightning of the site,
cleaning of the site - gardens - swimming pool, daily picking of waste).
- Own electricity usage = 0,15€/kWh (average normal usage per month = 30€ - 60€ with the airco during the summer).
- We are flexible! Arrival & departure dates and hours will be discussed together...
- The open air swimming pool is communal and open from June to September.
Cutlery for children, mosquito nets for children's beds, badminton set, pingpong set, boomerang, freesbee, beach toys,
playing cards, football, magazines, information map, books about Turkey, small dictionaries, a map of Turkey, ... are present!
All windows are equipped with mosquito screens.
At your arrival, a person will welcome you at the villa, give you a visit of the house, the keys, the remote control of the site entrance automatic door and the mobile modem ( at your request for the optional WIFI).
Your beds will be made and we take in charge a new bottle of 19 litre for the water cooler, toilet paper and
hand soap in each of the 3 bathrooms.
Do you need a taxi or a rental car? We book it for you!
Both drivers are waiting you at the exit of the airport with your name on a sign.
Do you have small children younger than 2? No problem, just let us know and we ask them a baby seat...
The price for the taxi from the International Airport of Izmir to the villa (65km), approximately 1 hour driving = 50€.

Conditions:
- The reservation can be done by mail or by phone. The reservation will be confirmed after having received a deposit of 25%.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- At your arrival, we will ask you a refundable security deposit of 200 € and will be refunded the day of your departure, once the
property has been checked for breakages.
- The mobile WIFI adaptor is at your disposal. You can take him everywhere (terrace, beach, swimming pool, ...).
Up to 8 computers or smartphones can be connected at same time.
Your own internet consumption is at your charge: 1 GB valid 1 week = 10€ or 4GB valid 1 month = 20€.
- Pets are NOT allowed, nor inside neither outside!
- There will be NO smoking in the villa but you can enjoy the many terraces and balconies which offer you a beautiful
sea view, view to the mountains, the bay of Kusadasi, the swimming pool, the garden, ...
- We stay at your service for further questions or wishes (to rent a car, to book a taxi, excursions, bookings, prices,...).
It's not ofter easy in a foreign country and a foreign language, but we are there for helping and guiding you.
