07/16/2014 Wij hebben 2 weken mogen vertoeven in Begonvilla. Het was heerlijk!! Vooral met 2 kleine kinderen, en het zwembad zo dichtbij het huis. Je hebt goed zicht op het zwembad en als de kindjes moesten slapen kon je rustig bij het zwembad liggen zo dichtbij. Het jammere was alleen dat het dak behoorlijk kraakte waardoor de oudste bang was en elke avond bij ons in bed wou. De locatie was goed, heel rustig dat is fijn met kindjes. Centrum en het strand is te doen met de dolmus of de taxi. Oo ja wat wij ook jammer vonden is dat het zwembad sluit tussen 12 en 2. Dat kunnen ze beter verplaatsten naar savonds.. voor de rest hebben wij het echt heerlijk gehad met een top locatie. Prachtig als je boven op het dat terras staat en de zee kunt zien heerlijk!!

We spent two great weeks in Begonvilla. It's really very comfortable , we liked very much. Good neighbors. Great views from balconys. Safe. The villa can accomodate a culpe of families . Sylvia and Necati are very nice, friendy . Big thanks for their advices. it was very helpful for people who first time come to Kusadasi.

Tip:

Ephesus is a short drive. House of the Virgin Mary. Dilek Peninsula National Park, known locally as Milli Park, Pamukkale is not very far. There are many, many great places.

7/1/2014 The villa is well equipped with all amenities; very comfortable, we felt ourselves like we were in our own house. The villa owners Sylvia and Nicaty really care for their guests; in the villa there is a book with all helpful information needed for people first time come to Kusadasi. The villa is perfect for people who want to spend their holiday in tranquility far from noisy and crowded places, also very comfortable for families with young children (all amenities needed for young children is available in the villa).
The city center is in 5-7 min. drive from the villa (the bus stop is in front of villa, waiting for the buses takes maximum 2-3 min.). The beach is in 5-7 min. walk from the villa. The supermarket KIPA in approximately 2km, small groceries near of the villa are also available.. In the evening times (sometimes twice a day) near the villa passes vehicles – “mobile markets” selling fruits and vegetables, so no need to go to the supermarket for fresh fruits and vegetables.

Tip:

The main attraction of Kusadasi for us is Ephesus, though there is a lot of places worth to visit.

This place has it all. Gorgeous views from the top balcony...after doing my yoga practice in the AM, I would sit on the balcony and take in the sites. Great neighbors. Safe, pretty neighborhood. A small shop is walking distance if you need anything. Awesome sites to be seen in the area...great hike in the national park (picnic on beach after), Ephesus is a short drive, Kusadasi is a great little town, outlets if you like shopping, Pamukkale is not too far. It was Christmas, and Sylvia and her family went all out to help us have a special Christmas for our children...they got a Christmas tree and decorations, put candles on the mantle, and had her mother-in-law cook us a lovely Christmas dinner. Shopping in the local bazaar was fabulous, and inexpensive. The home can accommodate a couple of families comfortably if you like traveling with friends as we do. Sylvia and Necati are super friendly, helpful, and just a Skype call away if you need them. They are always willing to help!

The villa was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We could not believe how nice it was for the cost! Great value! The view from the roof is truly breathtaking. Especially at sunset!
The owners of the house are more helpful than you can imagine. They left an information book in the house which had all the information we needed about using the house, where local shops were, what attractions are nearby.. Great!
We did not have children in our group, but if we did, there would be no problem!

C'était des vacances géniales! La villa est comfortable, belle et très moderne. Tout y est, ils ont pensé à tout pour leurs hôtes! Les chambres sont spatieuses et encore plus belles que dans les hotels! De chaque étage et chaque balcon ou terrasse, nous avions vue sur mer et montagnes! Le complexe est très calme et nous nous y sentions comme chez nous. Les voisins sont des habitants de là-bas, quels gens chaleureux!!! La piscine est juste devant la maison, nous y reviendrons en été. Les propriétaires sont tellement aimables, nous ont aidé pour tout, le taxi, la voiture de location, ils ont fait une farde en 3 langues avec toutes les infos, instructions pour la maison, les sites à visiter avec les prix, la distance, les choses,à ne pas oublier, les heures d'ouverture aussi bien en été qu'en hiver! C'était top et trop génial!!! Merci Sylvia et Necati pour ces belles vacances inoubliables!!!

Begonvilla is een villa die op een site ligt met nog een aantal ander villa's. Deze villa is zeer dicht gelegen bij het zwembad (het dichst van alle villa's) en ligt ook bovenaan zodat het de villa is met het mooiste uitzicht.

Wij zijn er begin juli 2013 geweest met onze dochter van 3.
In zijn geheel zijn wij heel tevreden over dit vakantiehuis. Eigenlijk is het veel meer dan een vakantiehuis. Het is een prachtige stijlvolle ruime villa die met heel veel smaak en zorg is ingericht. De villa beschikt over alle comfort (ruime kamers, airco, volledig ingerichte keuken, mooie en comfortabele badkamer, mooie kamers, een prachtig terras met heerlijk zicht, enz... De foto's van de site zijn hier wel degelijk Echt en komt volledig overeen met de werkelijkheid. De woning is eveneens geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen (voldoende acomodatie en voorzieningen ter plaatse)
De villa zelf ligt in een zeer recente residentiele moderne wijk waar je zowel andere toeristen als lokale bevolking ontmoet. Meerderheid zijn wel toersiten.
Rondom is echt wel voldoende te bezichtigen te veel om op te noemen.
De huisbaas is Belg, zeer klantvriendelijk en best wel knap ;)
Een echte aanrader en Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar !

We loved it very much, it is really very comfortable and we felt ourselves like we were in our own homes. “Excellent villa in sunny Turkey”

The owners were very helpfull. We could call them for everything. They arranged the taxi to pick us up from the airport, they booked a car for us, they send us to good and not expensive restaurants, adviced us to visit touristic places, ...
What is also good about them is that they can speak french, dutch, english and turkish.
The site is very quiet, beautifull, gives you a very safe feeling and the best part is ... it's the most beautifull house of them all !
If you are looking for a great holliday, like to be independent and love to live the real Turkish lifestyle or like the typical tourist, it's really the place to be.

Sylvia and Necati, thanks for making this a great holliday !

Liked best: The downstairs terras with magnificent view on the pool and the ocean !

Liked least: The road to cross.

“Accueillant et chaleureux”

Très belle location: maison extrêmement bien équipée pour les enfants et joliment aménagée. Le grand plus de cette location, c'est la gentillesse et serviabilité des propriétaires qui sont attentifs, disponibles, et veillent au bien-être de leurs locataires.
C'était l'endroit parfait pour visiter les sites historiques de la région et prendre le temps de se reposer au bord de la mer. Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont, par ailleurs, conçu un dossier disponible dans la villa et renfermant toutes sortes d'informations pratiques et touristiques!

“Fantastique!!!”

La maison a toutes les commodités ; elle est super bien équipée. Elle est très bien placée par rapport à la piscine.
C’est l’idéale pour passer des vacances en famille et profiter au maximum de la piscine.
Pour aller à la plage il vaut mieux prendre la voiture.
Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout pour bien accueillir les hôtes. Ils ont une gentillesse et amabilité unique rare de ces temps.
Géniale la farde avec toutes les infos pratiques et les petits mots en turc.

Liked best: La maison avait tout le nécessaire….. tout pensé dans les petits détails

Liked least: le voisinage
