Taxi or Rent a car?

It's up to you! We can book both for you! Our usual driver picks you up at the exit of the airport with your name on a sign! Groups up to 8-10 persons can go in the same taxi! The driver know the villa of course... Rate from 1-4 pers.: 50€ and from 5-10 pers.: 100€.

Villa 150m from the sea!

Our private holiday house is at only 150m from the small local beach 'Yavansu Beach' on the Aegean Coast... Everything is nearby and there is so much to visit and to do for big & small!

Begonvilla & sea view

Our private holiday house can accomodate 8-10 guests + baby, is located on a private quiet site with gated access and 24/7 property management. Set on a slight hill which gives you an amazing view over the sea and the mountains from all 5 balconies and terraces! The house has a modern decor and is equipped with air condition! Just in front of the swimming pool with paddling pool and only 150m from a small beach! Car is not necessary because everything is nearby!

Private Garden

The villa is surrounded by 70m² private garden. From the big terrace, you have small stairs to the garden and from the garden you have a small door with direct access to the swimming pool. What is better than prepare a nice BBQ all together while the children are playing in the swimming pool? In November you can pick the bananas on our banana tree!

The swimming pool

just in front of the villa! Communal fenced swimming pool (16m x 8m x 80cm-2m) & paddling pool for small children (40cm deep) with sun loungers! Swimming pool is open from of June to September...

View from roof terrace!

Enjoy every evening again the sunset with a panoramic view over the Aegean Sea and the Greek island Samos or take a lovely and peaceful sunbath dreaming on the sun loungers of the roof terrace!

Mountain view as well

At the back of the house you even have mountains! This is the view from the back of the roof terrace.

The living room is equipped with a flat screen LED TV (200 channels in all languages), DVD player + USB, Nintendo Wii and above all ... a cosy open fire for the milder nights in the winter or for romantic evenings!

3 Bathrooms

There is a bathroom on each floor so everybody can keep his privacy! Each bathroom has a toilet and is equipped with a hair dryer and towels! One bathroom has a bath + shower and 2 bathrooms have shower. The bathroom at the ground floor has a washing machine also!

Would you like to stay sportive during your holiday? You have your own fitness room overlooking the sea with gym mat, cross trainer, weights & halters and a dancing cord.
