There are numerous beaches in Kusadasi, all with one thing in common crystal clear waters and picture perfect weather. Water sports such as the banana boat, jet ski, pedalos, and para sailing are available on some of the busier beaches and sunbeds & umbrellas can be rented for a small fee.

Rocky, sandy or pebble beaches, secluded by nature or bustling with activities, restaurants and cafes, there is something to suit everyone’s taste.

Downtown beach, 4km: also known as Baths Beach or Palm Beach, is the only beach in the centre of Kusadasi.

Situated between the Harbour and the Marina it is very popular because of it’s close proximity to the town and a large number of hotels.

With a magnificent view over Pigeon Island and the spectacular cruiseships docked in the port, it makes for an ideal place to sunbathe and watch the world go by.

There are sun beds, beach umbrellas and a small cafe on the beach and over the road there is a variety of cafes and shops along the boulevard.

 

 

 

 


 

Ladies Beach, 4km: the most popular beach in Kusadasi. No motor vehicles are allowed to get in to Ladies beach area.

The name derived from the time the beach was segregated for female bathers only. Nowadays Ladies Beach is open to all and with a palm tree lined promenade full of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and the many hotels it is like a resort in itself. Ladies Beach is one of the most popular beaches in the area, not only because of it’s excellent position close to the center of Kusadasi, but also because of the clean, shallow waters, 1km of sandy beach and facilities available such as water sports, changing rooms, umbrellas, sun beds, and toilets. Lifeguards are also on duty between 08.00 – 19.00.

How to get there? 'Ladies Beach' dolmus will take you directly from the villa to Ladies Beach every few minutes. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the beach to the centre of Kusadasi.

 

 


 

Long Beach, 2km: a long sandy beach and cyristal-clear water of Long Beach are ideal for swimming, water sports and peaceful resting.

Over the years Long Beach, which got it’s name from the fact it’s 18 km’s long, has been divided up into sections as more and more cafeterias have opened along the coast, and gave that part of the beach their names. Nowadays only the beginning of the whole beach front is called Long Beach, and this is the part with the most activities. Aqualand, one of Kusadasi’s three water parks is also located on Long Beach.

How to get there? Long Beach is at 2km from the villa and can be reached by 'Sahil Siteleri' dolmus in every 15 minutes. Past the Fantasia Hotel, driving in next to the Uydukent Bazaar.

 

 


 

Diamond Beach / Gold Beach: mainly called Gold Beach, this part of the beach is also called 'Siteler' meaning the 'sites', as this was where the most holiday houses were originally. On the way from the main road to the beach you will pass the Nazilli Bazaar, a great place for fun shopping. Further along are many small restaurants making the Turkish Gozleme, and other Turkish snacks. On the beach are also some small cafeterias. In the area between the Gold Beach and the Long Beach, horse riding can be done as well.

How to get there? You can reach Gold Beach with the 'Sahil Siteleri' dolmus.

 

Yavansu Beach, 150m: is a quiet small local beach. There are no tourists, only some locals who are going to the beach for taking a dip or enjoy the sunset in evening.

Yavansu Beach is just opposite the villa park at only 150m!

It's really quiet and ideal for resting or playing with small children.

If you would like to lay on sun loungers, you can go to the Beach Club 'Dose Beach Club' or

go to the private beach of the 4* hotel across the villa 'Omer Holiday Resort'.

For the others, there are beach towels and umbrellas available at the villa!

There are so many beaches in the neighbourhood and you have the possibility to change every day! The most close beach is Long Beach at 2km or Ladies Beach at 4km, both accessible by dolmus down the villa park.
